 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tan It On, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, legal fees and costs, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including any negligent or misconduct) by you or any other person accessing this site through your account.

If you do not agree, please stop using this website. Tan It On reserves the right to update and revise these terms and conditions without notice.

As a member to this website you may receive promotions or monthly newsletters that you can opt out at anytime.

Payments must be made immediately after service has been completed by either cash or eftpos transaction. 

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment. 

Tan It On expects protocol's to be followed, this includes following the spray tan preparation and aftercare if these are not meet the owner/spray tanner can not be held responsible if the desired end result is not achieved.

If you do have sensitive skin or have a nut allergy the onus is on the client to let the owner/spray tanner know at the time of booking so arrangements can be made on what product will suit best or if the spray tan can be performed. If not, the owner/spray tanner will not be held liable for any topical skin reactions or allergic reactions that may occur.
